How we work

From first layout to a packed system in 35 days.

One team designs the system, builds most of the equipment in our own factory and commissions it on site. Here is each step, what you get at the end of it, and where RAS projects usually go wrong.

الجدول الزمني

Four milestones.

01

3days

First layout

Tank layout, equipment list and flow balance, free.

02

7days

Samples

Sample units for OEM and distributor orders.

03

15days

Standard units

Standard equipment built and packed.

04

35days

Custom system

Built, tested and packed for shipping.

Each step in detail

What happens, and who does it.

Step 1

Design & feasibility

Send species, output and site. Get a free first layout, equipment list and flow balance.

Step 2

Manufacturing & testing

Most equipment built in our 12,000 m² factory; every system tested before it ships.

Step 3

Lead times & shipping

3, 7, 15 and 35 days, and what starts each clock.

Step 4

Installation & commissioning

Our engineers install, commission and stay through biological start-up.

Step 5

After-sales support

Remote video support and help from the engineers who designed your system.

Where projects go wrong

The usual failure points, and the step that prevents each.

Most RAS problems are designed in or started in. These are the ones we plan against.

Failure point
What happens
Where we prevent it

Stages sized on different numbers

Each unit is right on paper; together they fail at peak feed

Step 1: one flow balance for every stage

Faults found on site

Weeks lost waiting for parts abroad

Step 2: system tested before it ships

Scope left vague

Building, power or labour not ready when equipment arrives

Step 1 and quote: written scope split

Stocking too early

Ammonia and nitrite spikes in a new biofilter

Step 4: engineers stay through start-up

No backup

A pump or power failure can cause mass losses within a short time

Step 1: standby and backup oxygen designed in

Nobody to call

Small problems become losses

Step 5: the designers answer support calls

What we need from you

Three numbers to start.

Species, target annual output and site size are enough for a first layout. Water source and local climate help. A sketch of the building or existing tanks speeds things up but is not required.

Why it works

One team, start to finish.

We design it

The same engineers size every stage on one flow balance.

We build most of it

Tanks, filters, skimmers, MBBR, degassing and UV from our own factory.

We start it up

Engineers commission on site and stay through biological start-up.

We stay reachable

Remote video, email and WhatsApp after start-up.

Yes. Detailed engineering drawings are charged, and the fee is credited against the equipment order.

When the layout and equipment list are agreed. It ends when the system is built, tested and packed. Shipping, installation and start-up follow.
