1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by [Company legal name] (“RASTANK”, “we”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Information on this site

We describe our equipment, projects and services as accurately as we can. Specifications, lead times and project results are given for general information. Project-reported figures come from the farm operator. Final specifications are those in the signed contract and the datasheet for the supplied model.

3. Layouts, budgets and quotes

First layouts, equipment lists, flow balances and budget estimates are based on the information you give us and on stated assumptions. They are proposals, not offers. Nothing becomes binding until both parties sign a contract or a written order confirmation.

4. Drawings and documents

Layouts, drawings, datasheets and other documents we send remain our intellectual property. You may use them to evaluate and run your own project. You may not pass them to other manufacturers or suppliers, or use them to build equipment, without our written permission.

5. Use of the website
